INTEGRATED FACILITITES MANAGEMENT SPDC EAST & WEST

The Integrated Facilities Management project covers facilities in locations across Port- Harcourt and Warri.

 

Under this contract, AMFacilities provides an integrated FM service which involves managing all the supervisory and contract management aspects of work executed by the community contractors.

 

The scope covers the management of over 200 Client Service Representatives and 2,400 local contractors for the 88 Hectare Port Harcourt Industrial and Main Office Area comprising over 3,850 workstations in 81 buildings of office space and several warehouses and workshops as well as the Main Office Area (MOA) spanning 87 Hectares comprises of about 1000 workstation s in Warri.

 

 

TOTAL E&P

We currently provide an Integrated Facilities Management service on some of the key Management Houses for Total E&P. These include a block of 10 nos 2 bedroom flats with a pent house and 2 blocks of 7 and 4 units of Luxury of 3 bedroom flats.

 

Facilities in the building include: swimming pool, standby generator and water treatment plant..

 

 

SHELL NIGERIA EXPLORATION & PRODUCING COMPANY (SNEPCO)

Alpha Mead Facilities has provided various FM services for SNEPCO on its various facilities in the Lagos locations covering both the office complexes and residential facilities. These include:

  • Civil and plumbing maintenance of her Corporate Head Office complex, Management Guest Houses and Warehouse. The complex comprises Freeman House a 17 storey building of about 10,000m2 owned by SNEPCO and 5,000m2 of Sterling Towers a neighbouring leased office complex.
  • Various civil renovation and plumbing projects including: installation of 43nos of fire rated doors at Freeman House, Marina Lagos; replacement of rusted galvanized pipes in Freeman House; renovation of Far Marina car park.
  • Throughout the duration of these projects, AMFacilities implemented maintenance programmes and regular routine inspections and provided reports of the building services to the client, carrying out the activities to best practice standards.

 

 

PRIMROSE PROPERTIES INVESTMENT LIMITED (ATLANTIC ROYAL GARDENS, PRIMROSE GARDENS, BARONS COURT)

Primrose Properties Investment Limited (PPIL) is a property development company whose roots as real estate developers stretch back over thirty years. Collectively, the organisation has developed and owns a property portfolio in excess of $150M in Lagos, Nigeria.

 

The Atlantic Royal Gardens (ARG) building is a block of twenty four (24) luxury apartments, the Barons Court building is a block of thirteen (13) luxury apartments while Primrose Gardens consists of four (4) bedroom semi detached houses. AMF provides a Total Facilities Management service to ARG, Barons Court and Primrose Gardens.

 

 

MULLINER TOWERS

Mulliner Towers is a boutique accommodation of twenty four (24) apartments located in the heart of Ikoyi, a quiet and exclusive residential area of Lagos Island.

 

Mulliner Towers is set in large grounds with ample parking space for residents and visitors in a secured gated environment. The complex has beautifully laid out swimming pools, fully equipped gym and a game room with an adjoining mini – bar.

 

AMF provides a Total Facilities Management service to the building.

 

 

TREASURE GARDENS

 

Treasure Gardens is a residential estate with a total of seventy nine (79) housing units.


There are 7units of 5-Bedroom Detached Houses (Type A), 6units of 5-Bedroom Detached Houses (Type B), 26units of 4-Bedroom Semi-detached Houses, 8units of 3-Bedroom Town Houses and 16units of 3-Bedroom Flats (Type 1), 16units of 3-Bedroom Flats (Type 2) in the estate. Each unit is luxuriously finished to taste with quality fixtures, fittings and fitted kitchen.

 

AMF provides a Total Facilities Management service to the estate.
